In her role as Quality Assurance Manager, Grace is responsible for the implementation of Intermech’s Quality Program throughout company operations. She supports this effort through review of estimating documents for quality requirements. Once a project is awarded, Grace ensures implementation of the NQA-1 program from procurement through fabrication and field installation, which includes review and approval of QA procurements, development of fabrication plans, inspection and test planning, and providing quality verifications. Grace also supports the Corporate Quality Assurance Program through performance of external audits as a Certified Auditor.
Expertise
Grace has been in the mechanical construction business for 14 years. She started in Document Control before moving on to Assistant Quality Assurance Manager. In this role, Grace supported the Quality Assurance Manager by creating and implementing QA procedure updates and training, reviewing and authenticating QA records, supporting internal audits as well as external vendor audits as a Certified Auditor, and coordinating project-specific QA requirements on all NQA-1 projects. In 2014, Grace was promoted to Quality Assurance Manager, giving her full responsibility for the overall implementation of the Intermech’s NQA-1 program while continuing support of Corporate Quality Assurance through external vendor audits as a Certified Auditor.
Grace holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Washington State University. She is also an SNT-TC-1A Quality Control Level II Visual Testing Inspector as well as a Certified Auditor, ANST Level II VT, and Technical Specialist for NDE, Testing, Document Control, and Records.

Grace enjoys spending time with her family, attending concerts and live sporting events, and playing poker.
