In his role as Director of Business Development, Eric is responsible for the overall business development efforts for Intermech’s Richland and Idaho Falls facilities. Eric serves as the main contact and liaison for existing and new opportunities in expanding Intermech’s current market footprint within both the government and commercial industrial sectors.

Eric’s oversight includes Intermech social media and marketing materials, proposal development and reviews including business opportunity trending and market research in support of Interemech’s business development efforts.

Eric directly reports the President of Intermech and assists the President as required in identifying and helping to develop existing and new market sector opportunities while promoting Intermech’s Richland and Idaho Falls fabrication/construction/installation capabilities and expertise within those existing and new market sectors.


Eric has over 38 years of experience in business development, operations management, facility start-up, engineering, design, manufacturing, fabrication, project management, construction, and data center facility management and maintenance.   For over 20 years Eric has served as a general manager/corporate officer with direct line management profit/loss responsibility. 

Eric holds an equivalent Bachelor of Science degree (1984) in Radiological Engineering/Health Physics, U.S. Ecology Nuclear Naval Power School Curriculum/Nuclear Regulatory Commission Program/Certifications.

Eric is a 1990 recipient of the prestigious George Westinghouse Signature Award for Engineering Excellence

Eric held an Emergency Medical Technician/Mass Trousers (EMT/MT) Certification from the State of Washington.

The Personal Side

In his downtime, Eric enjoys spending time RVing with his wife, children and grandchildren. He’s also has a son currently playing D-1 2A college football and can usually be found supporting his son’s college team most Saturdays starting in the late summer thru late fall.
