Intermech, Inc. has built a strong reputation in the microelectronics and semiconductor industries with the successful completion of large projects for companies such as Intel, Micron Technologies and On Semiconductor. Our scope in these facilities includes tool installations, process gasses, cooling water, deionized water and many other process chemicals. Intermech fabricates and installs high purity electro polished stainless steel for bulk gases such as CDA, HN2, O2 and spec gasses such as NF3, SiH4, CL2 and SF6. We utilize the latest technology in orbital welding to achieve the stringent quality standard the industry requires. Intermech also has considerable experience in double contained stainless steel lines for dangerous gases such as silane. Other fabrication and installation experience includes PVC and CPVC for the process cooling water lines, acid waste and HF drains from the tools and double containment lines made of PFA and PVC for the various chemicals to feed the tools. Intermech also owns the machines to weld Teflon, PVDF and HDPE.
